Karingal Primary School warmly invites market stallholders, food vendors, community organisations and local businesses to be part of our 60th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday 24 October 2026.
This major community event will bring together students, families, alumni, staff and the wider community as we celebrate 60 years of Karingal Primary School.
The celebration provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, services, organisation or community initiative while connecting with hundreds of attendees in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
Whether you are a local business, artisan maker, food vendor or community group, we would love to hear from you.

Expressions of Interest
We welcome applications from a diverse range of stallholders, including:
- Market stalls
- Food and beverage vendors
- Community organisations
- Local businesses
- Handmade and artisan products
- Children’s activities and entertainment providers
- Health, wellbeing and service providers
- Sporting clubs and community groups
We are committed to creating a vibrant and engaging event that offers something for everyone while showcasing the incredible diversity of our local community.

Stall Site Fees
Stall sites are available in the following sizes:
- 3m x 3m site – $30
- 6m x 6m site – $60
Larger sites may be available upon request and will be assessed based on individual space requirements.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their site allocation and payment details following approval of their application.

Detailed information regarding the following is included within the Information Pack and Application Form:
- Applications and bookings
- Site allocations
- Stallholder requirements
- Power availability
- Insurance requirements
- Food vendor requirements
- Setup and pack down times
- Event trading conditions
- Event day procedures
Stallholders are encouraged to review all documentation carefully prior to submitting an application.

Insurance and Compliance
Businesses operating under an ABN must provide evidence of current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20 million.
All stallholders are responsible for ensuring they comply with relevant Victorian regulations, permits and safety requirements applicable to their business or organisation.
Approved stallholders will be required to comply with all event instructions provided prior to the celebration.

Food & Beverage Vendors
Food and beverage vendors play an important role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event.
We welcome expressions of interest from food vendors and mobile catering providers offering a diverse range of food and beverage options suitable for a family-focused community event.
Food vendors may be required to provide:
- Food registration and permit details
- Council registration information
- Food safety documentation
- Details of any food prepared on site
- Power requirements (if applicable)
Vendors requiring power should indicate their requirements as part of their application.

To ensure a diverse and engaging event experience, preference may be given to:
- Unique and high-quality products or services
- A broad variety of stall offerings
- Family-friendly and interactive experiences
- Local businesses and community organisations

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Karingal Primary School reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.

Our 60th Anniversary Celebration is an opportunity to honour the history of Karingal Primary School while bringing together past and present students, families, staff and community members.
