Our 60th Anniversary Community Fete is a celebration made possible through the support of volunteers, families, staff and community members.
Karingal Primary School’s 60th Anniversary Community Fete will bring together students, families, staff, alumni and the wider community for a memorable day of celebration.
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist before, during and after the event. Whether you can contribute a few hours or support throughout the planning process, every volunteer plays an important role in helping make this milestone celebration a success.
No matter your experience level, there are a variety of ways to get involved and support our school community.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers may choose to assist with:
• Event Planning Committee
• Event Set Up
• Stall Assistance
• Food and Refreshments
• BBQ Operations
• Children’s Activities
• Games and Competitions
• General Event Support
• Event Pack Down
We also welcome volunteers who can assist with sponsorship, fundraising activities, promotion and other event-related support as required.
Additional volunteer opportunities may become available as planning continues.

Supporting Our School Community

Child Safety and Volunteer Requirements
To help ensure a safe and successful event, volunteers may be required to provide additional information during registration.
Some volunteer roles may require a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
All volunteers are expected to comply with school policies, child safety requirements and directions provided by event organisers.
Volunteer roles will be allocated based on event requirements, volunteer availability, individual interests and any relevant skills or experience.
