The School Strategic Plan outlines the long-term vision, goals and improvement priorities for Karingal Primary School. Developed in partnership with the Department of Education and School Council, the plan helps guide the direction of the school and supports ongoing growth and improvement across all areas of school life.

The Strategic Plan identifies key focus areas relating to student learning, wellbeing, engagement, teaching practice, leadership and community partnerships. It also helps inform school decision-making, improvement initiatives and the allocation of resources over a multi-year cycle.

Through regular review and reflection, the Strategic Plan supports our commitment to providing high-quality learning opportunities and positive outcomes for every student.

Key Priorities 2023-2027

The School Strategic Plan is centred around two key goals: improving student learning outcomes and strengthening student engagement and wellbeing.

These priorities are supported through a focus on high-quality teaching and learning, evidence-informed practice, student voice and agency, positive behaviour and wellbeing, staff collaboration, and strong community partnerships.
