Surrounded by natural bushland and close to the coastline, Camp Manyung provides an engaging environment where students can learn, explore and create lasting memories with their classmates.
The camp experience is carefully designed to support students’ personal growth while complementing classroom learning.
Through a range of outdoor and adventure-based activities, students are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, independence and problem-solving skills in a safe and supportive setting.
Activities may vary from year to year and may include adventure-based experiences, team challenges, initiative activities and other opportunities that encourage students to step outside their comfort zone, embrace new challenges and celebrate personal achievement.
A key focus of the camp is building positive relationships and strengthening connections between students.
By participating in shared experiences, working together to overcome challenges and supporting one another throughout the camp, students develop valuable teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
Camp Manyung also provides opportunities for students to develop greater independence and responsibility.

Away from their usual routines, students learn to manage their belongings, contribute to group responsibilities and make positive choices while participating in camp activities.
The camp experience encourages students to build self-confidence, demonstrate perseverance and develop a greater sense of personal responsibility. These experiences help foster a strong sense of belonging and contribute positively to our school community.
With quality facilities, experienced instructors and a wide range of engaging activities, Camp Manyung offers a memorable and rewarding experience that many students remember long after they return to school.
The Year 3–4 camp is an important part of our camps program, providing opportunities for growth, friendship, adventure and learning beyond the classroom.
