Physical Education

Physical Education supports students to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

 

Through engaging and inclusive learning experiences, students build teamwork, resilience, sportsmanship and confidence while developing fundamental movement and physical activity skills.


 

Students are encouraged to:

  • develop teamwork and collaboration skills
  • build confidence and resilience
  • strengthen coordination and movement skills
  • participate positively in physical activity
  • develop leadership and communication skills

Students also participate in a range of sporting opportunities throughout the year, including whole-school events, interschool activities and special sporting experiences.
