Education Support Staff

 

Our Education Support Staff play an important role in supporting students across all areas of school life. Working closely with teachers and wellbeing staff, they help create supportive learning environments where students feel encouraged, confident and connected.

 

Education Support Staff may assist through:

  • Supporting student independence
  • Encouraging engagement and confidence
  • Collaboration with teachers and families

Their care, guidance and encouragement help students develop positive learning habits, confidence and participation in both learning and social experiences.

Partnerships & Specialist Support

 

Karingal Primary School values strong partnerships between school, home and external services to support student learning, wellbeing and development.

 

Where appropriate, we work collaboratively with families and external specialists to help ensure students receive coordinated and consistent support both at school and beyond.

Community Partnerships

We are proud to partner with EdConnect Australia, an organisation that connects schools with trained community volunteers who provide mentoring, encouragement and positive support for students.

 

Through this partnership, volunteers may support students through:

  • Strengthening school and community connections

All volunteers participate in screening, training and support processes through EdConnect Australia before working within school environments.
