School Council meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month to discuss school priorities, strategic planning, finance, policy development and other matters relating to the ongoing operation and improvement of Karingal Primary School.

Members of the school community are welcome to attend School Council meetings as observers. Community attendance helps support transparency, communication and community engagement within the school.

To assist with meeting planning and seating arrangements, community members wishing to attend are encouraged to contact the school prior to the meeting.

Please note:

• visitors attending meetings are observers and are not part of formal decision-making processes
• some confidential matters may require parts of meetings to be closed in accordance with Department of Education guidelines

• respectful meeting protocols are expected at all times
