Camp Australia provides a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children can relax, have fun and continue to grow. Their experienced educators support each child’s development through meaningful, play-based experiences.

What to Expect at OSHC

Our OSHC program is designed to be a safe, welcoming and enjoyable space for every child.

Children will:

• Be welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment
• Take part in fun, engaging activities
• Spend time with friends and build new connections
• Be supported by caring and experienced educators

For younger students, educators can assist with transitions, including collection from classrooms and helping them settle into the session.

Helping Children Feel Prepared

To support children in understanding what OSHC looks like, we have created a social story that walks through a typical session step by step in a simple and reassuring way.

This includes:

• Where OSHC takes place (such as the school multipurpose room)
• What happens when children arrive, including putting bags away and having food
• The types of activities they may take part in
• How educators support them throughout the session and at pick-up

Your OSHC – Before & After School Care

Your OSHC sessions are tailored to the interests and needs of the children attending.

Each session includes:

• A featured activity designed by the coordinator
• A range of experience zones that encourage choice and play
• Opportunities to build confidence, independence and creativity

Pupil-free day programs include multiple feature activities, guided by feedback from children and families.

Our service is tailored specifically to Karingal Primary School, ensuring it reflects the needs of our students, families and wider community.

Rocketeers – Holiday Program

Rocketeers offers exciting holiday experiences where no two days are the same.

Programs may include:

• Arts and crafts
• Sports and active play
• Cooking and STEM activities
• Excursions and themed days

Each holiday program is shaped by children’s interests and family feedback, creating a fun and engaging experience every time.
