ANZAC Day 2026

ANZAC Day 2026

Karingal Primary School proudly commemorated ANZAC Day with a meaningful school service led by our student leaders and attended by students and staff. The service provided an opportunity for our school community to come together in reflection, remembering the courage, sacrifice and service of the men and women who have served our country.

Our student leaders played an important role in leading the ceremony with respect and maturity, helping younger students understand the significance of ANZAC Day and why it remains such an important part of Australia’s history. Through readings, reflection and the laying of wreaths, students honoured the ANZAC spirit of courage, mateship and service.

Following the school service, our school leaders had the privilege of representing Karingal Primary School at the Frankston RSL commemorative service held at the War Memorial in Beauty Park. This special community service brought together veterans, community members, schools and local organisations to pay tribute to those who have served and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We are proud of the respectful way our students represented the school at both services and thank our student leaders for their thoughtful contribution in helping keep the spirit of ANZAC alive for future generations.

Lest we forget.
