Concert WRAP UP

The BFG came to Frankston Arts Centre. Back in Term 2, Zahn had an idea for the school concert; a performance about dreams that turned into nightmares. In turn, a plot, storyline and script developed.

Monday night saw the culmination of months of blood, sweat and tears. But, it was all worth it. The audience was privilaged to see a performance like no other. Every grade was sensational in their concert song and the main cast members were outstanding.

A special thank you to Mary Johnston (Performing Arts teacher) who wrote and choreographed the concert. Mary was supported by Louise Holmes every step of they way and Helen James. Also, a shout out to Maree Vine, Vanessa Vrana and Sensei Martha for their help with costumes, props and backstage.

Thank you to every staff member of Karingal Primary School. Endless hours were put in with their grades to perfect Mary's vision.

Thank you to parents who offered help throughout the journey.

Thank you also to every parent for preparing their child/ren costume and being present on the night.

Last but not least, thank you to the students of Karingal Primary School. They were the stars of the night. CONGRATULATIONS.
