This year's school concert was better than ever. I was extremely proud of all children who performed on stage and tried their best. the songs were great to 'bop' along to and the dancing was fantastic. A special congratulations to the main cast who were outstanding actors.

Mary and Miss Holmes have certainly outdone themselves. Thank you to the both of them, along with all staff, parents and our wider community.

Father's Day breakfast will be on Saturday 2nd September (tomorrow). We would love to see as many father's/special persons with their child/ren attend breakfast.

Chess Tournament 23rd August

On Wednesday 23rd August, KPS were host to the Northern Star Chess Primary Open Zonal Competition.
It was lovely to see the encouragement shown to each other (and to students from other schools), as well as humility, resilience and perseverance. Several students even forfeited their games so that their opponent could win their first point ever! ?
Congratulations to all our students who competed. The combined scores put Karingal Primary School in second place overall! ⭐️

Congratulations to Kaihan who won the silver medal in the Year 5/6 competition, and to Bentleigh B who won the bronze medal in the Year 3/4 competition.
